Base fee:

R1. Individual Registration – $50.00
Register for EAS 2023 in Amherst, MA, with a $25 administrative fee added after July 8. On the registration form you will select the type of registration, meals, dorms, and other options. Please note that EAS membership is required to attend.
V1. Volunteer Registration
Use this registration if you have agreed to serve as a volunteer for EAS 2023. This registration DOES NOT make you a volunteer. On the registration form you will select the type of registration, meals, dorms, and other options. Once your volunteer hours are completed you can receive the earned refund. Please note that EAS membership is required to volunteer. (Note: if pre-paying is a financial hardship, please contact the volunteer coordinator.)

Eastern Apicultural Society 2023 Conference

This registration is for individuals and volunteers. Click the "Register Today" button to begin registration. Online registration is preferred, based on the details in the registration packet.

PLEASE NOTE: Each conference attendee must register separately, guests are not permitted. Registration is $300 per person for the full week, or $200 for just the Short Course or Conference. Day passes are $100 per day. Meals and Lodging are not included. Volunteers receive a reimbursement on some or all fees, please contact us if you are interested in volunteering.

Note that registration is open until July 8 for meals, events, and dorms. After July 8, meals and dorms are no longer available. Registration for the Short Course & Conference is available until July 21 with an additional $25 administrative fee. Please note that you are not considered registered until we receive your payment.

INDIVIDUALS & VOLUNTEERS: please use this event to register for the 2023 Conference. Registrants must wear their name tag at all times. If you have a spouse, child, or friend who wishes to attend the daily sessions or events, they will need to register separately for the conference.
