EAS Short Course & Conference Policies

These policies apply each year to the Short Course & Conference. By registering for the Short Course or Conference, you agree to abide by these policies as well as any additional policies listed in Registration documents.

• Each conference attendee must register separately and be an EAS member in good standing.

• EAS reserves the right to deny access to any individual at its sole discretion.

• Pets are not permitted at the Short Course & Conference.

• A student credit for current full-time students is available for  25% off conference fees if you register more than 30 days prior to the first day of the Short Course & Conference. Please bring your Student ID to the conference and visit the check-in desk to claim this credit as a refund.

• By registering for the conference, you agree to the cancellation policy shown in the registration document.
