Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD

Bookings made via our secured online booking system are deemed to be accepted by both parties unless the other party is notified immediately of an error made during the reservation process. All bookings and reservations are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking, and to the terms and conditions imposed by Turf Valley Resort.

Rooms at the resort are exclusively available through EAS and must be paid in advance. The cost of the room is $180 per night for one or two people, and includes a full buffet breakfast for 1 person. There is a two-night consecutive stay minimum, and additional buffet breakfasts can be purchased for $22 per day. Arrival time is 4:00 PM and departure time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested but cannot be guaranteed in advance.

A valid credit card is required to pay for and guarantee your reservation in advance. Rooms may be cancelled by 4:00pm on June 20. 2024 and are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

If you wish to share a room with another person, whether a spouse, partner, or friend, you only need to book one room. One person should make the arrangements for both individuals. Rooms with one bed are for 1 or 2 people. Rooms with two beds can accommodate up to 4 people. There is an additional fee of $20 per person per night required for the third or fourth adult (over 18) in a room (with two beds). Up to two children 18 & under are permitted in a two-bed room at no additional cost.

Turf Valley Resort has many room types and bed configurations. Every effort is made to ensure that your room will be the exact type that you reserve. In the event that we need to make any change to your room type, we will notify you in advance and you may cancel the room for a full refund. The person who makes/confirms a booking on behalf of another person shall be deemed to have accepted the booking Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons named in the booking.

You agree that any charge for services to you, not billed in advance, may be added to your account for settlement as arranged or may be charged to the same credit card used to pay the account at the time of departure .

Rates quoted on this website are in US dollars and are subject to change at any time. All rates include Maryland Sales Tax and Howard County Room Tax.

Check-in Requirements

• At check-in, the individual who made the reservation must present a valid photo identification that may include a driver's license, passport, and/or state issued identification card. A guest must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.

• Turf Valley Resort requires a major credit card or bank-issued debit card upon check in as authorization for incidentals such as meals, services, and merchandise. Pre-authorization validates the presented credit card and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents. We cannot accept credit card numbers; the card must be present at check-in.

• You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car parking area remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.

• You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay. We grant you a license to stay in our rooms and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving you a reason.

• Smoking in any room is against Howard County and Maryland state law. If you smoke in a guest room, you will incur cleaning fees of $250 per day
