Base fee:

A1. Platinum Sponsor – $6,000.00
Become a premier sponsor of the 2022 Short Course & Conference. Receives exhibit pavilion (4 - 8x10 booths) with electricity, seven (7) registration and Thursday dinner tickets, the inside front or inside back cover ad in the Conference Program, and three (3) conference bag stuffer. Plus special recognition as a Platinum Sponsor
A2. Gold Sponsor – $3,000.00
Become a gold sponsor of the 2022 Short Course & Conference. Receives sponsor both (2 - 8x10 booths) with electricity, five (5) registration and Thursday dinner tickets, a full page ad in the Conference Program, and two (2) conference bag stuffer. Plus special recognition as a Gold Sponsor
A3. Silver Sponsor – $1,500.00
Become a silver sponsor of the 2022 Short Course & Conference. Receives sponsor both (2 - 8x10 booths) with electricity, three (3) registration and Thursday dinner tickets, a half-page ad in the Conference Program, and one (1) conference bag stuffer. Plus special recognition as a Silver Sponsor
B1. Vendor Booth (Single) – $600.00
Vendor Booths are available in 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep configurations in a wood floor gymnasium. Booth locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator, with preference given to Sponsors. This is for a single booth and includes an additional booth attendant; please add this attendant as a guest.
B2. Vendor Booth (Double) – $900.00
Vendor Booths are available in 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep configurations in a wood floor gymnasium. Booth locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator, with preference given to Sponsors. This is for a double booth and includes two additional booth attendants; please add these attendants as guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Each vendor or sponsor must register separately. Accounts must be paid in full, and EAS reserves the right to deny access to any Vendor at its sole discretion. All vendors are required to abide by the Vendor Rules and Regulations listed in the 2022 Vendors and Sponsorships packet.

SPONSORS & VENDORS: please use this event to sponsor or have a booth at the 2022 Conference. Vendors and sponsors must wear a name tag at all times. If you have questions on your registration, please contact the Vendor Coordinator or send an email to EASVendorSponsor@easternapiculture.org.
