EAS 2019 Short Course & Conference Registration (South Carolina)

Registration

• A1. Platinum Sponsor – $7,500.00
  EAS 2019 will have up to two Platinum Sponsors, who will receive exclusive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include a 16x20 vendor booth (four 8x10 booths) with electricity, 8 conference registrations, and four (4) conference bag stuffers. See the Vendor & Sponsorship document for full details.
• A2. Gold Sponsor – $5,000.00
  EAS 2019 will have up to two Gold Sponsors, who will receive exclusive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include a 16x20 vendor booth (four 8x10 booths) with electricity, 6 conference registrations, and three (3) conference bag stuffers. See the Vendor & Sponsorship document for full details.
• A3. Silver Sponsor – $2,500.00
  EAS 2019 will have up to eight (8) Silver Sponsors, who will receive exclusive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include a 16x10 vendor booth (two 8x10 booths) with electricity, 4 conference registrations, and two (2) conference bag stuffers. See the Vendor & Sponsorship document for full details.
• A4. Bronze Sponsor – $1,200.00
  EAS 2019 will have up to eight (8) Bronze Sponsors, who will receive exclusive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include an 8x10 vendor booth with electricity, 3 conference registrations, and one (1) conference bag stuffer. You can make this a double booth on the registration form. • V1. Vendor Booth – $500.00
  Receive one 8 feet by 10 feet booth in our dedicated 15,000 square foot Vendor Hall. Premium locations offered to Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors; other booths locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator. A loading dock is available. You can turn this into a double booth or add electricity on the registration form.
• Z1. Individual Registration
  Register for EAS 2019 in Greenville, South Carolina. On the registration form you will select which parts of the conference to attend: the full week, a partial week, or a daily option. Please note that EAS membership is required to attend the Short Course or Conference.
