EAS 2018 Vendor & Sponsorship Registration (Public)

Registration

• A1. Platinum Sponsor – $7,500.00
  EAS 2018 will have two Platinum Sponsors, who will receive exclusive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include a 16x20 vendor booth (four 8x10 booths), 7 conference registrations, and three (3) conference bag stuffers. See the Vendor & Sponsorship document for full details.
• A2. Gold Sponsor – $5,000.00
  EAS 2018 will have four Gold Sponsors, who will receive excellent exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include a 16x10 vendor booth (two 8x10 booths), 5 conference registrations, and two (2) conference bag stuffers given to conference attendees. • A3. Silver Sponsor – $2,500.00
  EAS 2018 will have eight Silver Sponsors, who will receive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include one 8x10 vendor booth, 3 conference registrations, and a conference bag stuffer. See the Vendor & Sponsorship document for full details.
• A4. Bronze Sponsor – $1,000.00
  EAS 2018 will have eight Bronze Sponsors, who will receive exposure both before and during the conference. Benefits include one 8x10 vendor booth, 2 conference registrations, and a conference bag stuffer. See the Vendor & Sponsorship document for full details.
• C5. Conference Wi-Fi Sponsor – $2,500.00
  Receive exclusive sign placement and recognition for sponsoring Wi-Fi access from the public areas or the hive monitoring speaker track.
• S1. Keynote Speaker Sponsor – $2,000.00
  Receive exclusive sign placement, introduction, and recognition for sponsoring a keynote speaker during the main conference.
• S2. Honey Show Sponsor – $500.00
  [Sold Out - call for availability] Receive exclusive recognition in the EAS Honey Show for sponsoring a category or special award.
• V1. Vendor Booth – $400.00
  Receive one 8 feet by 10 feet booth in our dedicated 11,000 square foot carpeted Vendor Hall. Premium locations offered to Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsors; other booths locations will be assigned by the Vendor Coordinator. A loading dock and service elevator is available. You can turn this into a double booth or add electricity on the registration form.
• Z1. Custom or Break Sponsor
  This is for break sponsors and custom donations only, please do not use for a Vendor Booth. Select the desired sponsorship items on the registration form or describe your custom sponsorship in the comments.
